The Trust accepts donations and payments in all modes permitted under Indian statutes, including through its online payment gateway, for charitable, educational, social, and cultural activities.

Use of Payment Gateway

The online gateway facility may be used for any amount payable to the Trust for its services.

Erroneous or Duplicate Payments

Any payment made multiple times due to error, or any erroneous payment brought to the notice of the Trust, may be refunded if the management is satisfied with the reason for the error.

Acceptance of Donations and Payments

Acceptance of donations and payments is at the sole discretion of the Trustees. The management reserves the right to accept or cancel any donation or payment without assigning a reason.

Foreign Donations

All donations from outside India must be routed only through approved banking channels.

Chargebacks and Fraud

Donations once made cannot be charged back, except in cases of substantiated fraudulent use confirmed through investigation by government or banking authorities.

If a receipt has been issued for such a transaction:

• The receipt shall stand cancelled

• Any associated income tax benefit shall become void
